Responsibilities
Lead growth in three key areas: developing managed services and project-based partnerships, expanding contract staffing relationships with retail and enterprise clients, and expanding new direct-hire search opportunities
Meeting with a global footwear and apparel brand to scope a managed services project
Pitching a staffing solution to a retail client
Figuring out a strategy in an emerging industry or geographic area
Dig into client challenges, craft solutions that fit, and make sure every deal sets the stage for a long-term partnership
Researching prospects, starting conversations, and turning 'maybe' into 'yes'
Qualification
Required
7+ years of business development or sales experience in staffing, consulting, or professional services
Proven success acquiring new clients and closing complex, revenue-producing deals
Ability to build relationships with decision-makers and navigate enterprise environments
Strong prospecting skills and comfort generating your own pipeline
