Responsibilities
Facilitation and maintenance of physician call schedules and employee payroll through KRONOS
Utilization of Trauma Reporting Tools
Maintain Data Integrity: Daily ROSI validation and Monthly Dashboard Outlier Corrections and TQIP drill downs
Data Collection and Reporting: Operations Reports (Ex. MOR), Performance Reports (Ex. Scorecard)
Trauma Playbook Compliance: Assist Ensuring Compliance with Tactics
Performance of administrative duties and special projects for the VP of Business Development, Administrative Director of Trauma, Trauma Medical Director, Trauma Program Director, and Trauma Services Team as deemed necessary
Performs any other job-related duties as requested
Qualification
Required
Basic Cardiac Life Support
Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 60 days of employment start date
High School Graduate / GED
