Documents adequate and accurate records of insurance notes and authorizations
Answers telephones, takes accurate phone messages, and relays messages
Schedules sedation procedures
Qualification
Required
2-4 years of healthcare clerical experience
Previous physician office or ambulatory experience
Excellent customer service skills
Critical thinking skills needed
Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Preferred
High school education or equivalent preferred
Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
