Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end architecture design for Oracle database environments, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions using Oracle technologies
Develop comprehensive architecture blueprints and documentation that guide implementation and future upgrades
Optimize database performance through tuning, indexing strategies, and resource management to ensure seamless operations
Implement best practices for data security, backup, disaster recovery, and compliance standards across all Oracle systems
Evaluate emerging technologies such as quantum engineering principles that could enhance Oracle system capabilities or security measures
Provide expert guidance during system integration projects involving Oracle applications and third-party tools
Mentor junior team members and facilitate knowledge sharing to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as an Oracle Architect or senior database architect with a strong track record of designing complex Oracle solutions
Deep understanding of Oracle database administration, architecture principles, and performance tuning techniques
Strong knowledge of enterprise data security protocols and compliance requirements
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex systems and develop effective strategies
Exceptional communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels
Preferred
Familiarity with cloud-based deployment models (e.g., Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) is highly desirable
Experience integrating emerging technologies such as quantum engineering into enterprise solutions is a plus
Relevant certifications such as Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or Oracle Certified Master (OCM) are preferred
