Responsibilities

Receive and inspect all incoming goods to ensure correct quantity, quality, and price against purchase orders and delivery invoices

Accurately record daily receiving activity in the Purchasing/Inventory system and maintain organized records of all purchase orders and deliveries

Verify that food and beverage deliveries meet safety, freshness, and temperature standards

Coordinate delivery of all goods to the correct storage or department, ensuring security and organization at the loading dock and storerooms

Report and document any shortages, damages, or discrepancies and coordinate returns or credits as needed

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety in all receiving and storage areas

Assist with month-end and quarterly inventory counts as needed

Work collaboratively and professionally with vendors, team members, and leadership to support smooth daily operations

Required

At least 1 year of purchasing or procurement experience

Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills

Strong time management skills: ability to multi-task, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions

Ability to operate all computer equipment necessary to perform the job

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work closely with other departments and communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and guests

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., and move carts or dollies weighing up to 150 lbs

US work authorization is required
