Responsibilities

Communicate with peers in other CAMBA programs on issues related to client progress
Understand all aspects of contract requirements and communicate this understanding to staff
Work with staff to set realistic weekly and monthly performance targets in accordance with contract requirements
Coordinate and supervise all day-to-day activities of direct reporting staff
On a periodic basis, observe direct reporting staff engaging with clients and/or supervisory staff
Conduct weekly client progress reviews with staff
Conduct periodic internal file review and implement Quality Assurance measures as needed to ensure quality service delivery to clients
Prepare contract reports and statistical information for both CAMBA management and funder use
Assist in the analysis of program and demographic data to make programmatic improvements
Organize onsite and offsite training opportunities for professional development of staff
Assist the Program Manager in providing oversight for all aspects of the program in his/her absence
Confer with the Program Manager, Program Director, and/or other CAMBA management staff as needed regarding programmatic and personnel issues
Attend staff/funder/outside agency meetings as requested
May review and sign timesheets
May prepare performance appraisals for direct reporting staff members
May develop appropriate marketing material and marketing/outreach strategies for the program
May network both within and outside CAMBA to expand client recruitment and opportunities for client success
May have direct client service/program responsibilities in addition to the above
Tasks may be modified, expanded and/or assigned over time

Required

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) and two years of applicable experience and/or equivalent experience
Must obtain Dept. of Health, Dept. of Education fingerprinting; doctor's note certifying good health; proof of negative results from TB test; and State Central Registry (SCR) clearance
Ability to maintain State Central Registry (SCR) clearance and fingerprint clearance throughout the duration of employment
Ability to adapt to the culture and environment of a public school
