Focusing on care planning and the coordination and delivery of restorative and rehabilitative physical therapy services to participants
Working to maximize independence and safety
Form long-term relationships with participants rather than short-term rehab stints
Collaborate with other therapists, providers, and disciplines
Have work/life balance - no hours of documentation after work hours
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in physical therapy
Valid California Physical Therapy License, or proof of license eligibility
Preferred
Two (2) years in a clinical setting with the frail or elderly population
Master's or doctoral degree
Current CPR certification
