Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
Conduct regular client reviews and satisfaction assessments
Collaborate with sales and account management teams to address client needs
Provide clients with updates on new products and services
Prepare and present reports on client relationship metrics and performance

Required

1-2 years of experience in client relationship management or a related field
Spanish language proficiency
