Responsibilities

Provide technical support to clients on Microsoft Windows operating systems and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)

Serve as the help desk contact for troubleshooting software, hardware, and network problems

Configure, install, and maintain client workstations, laptops, printers, and mobile devices

Troubleshoot and remove viruses and malware

Assist clients with network connectivity, security, and performance optimization

Perform routine system administration tasks, including user account management, software updates, and backups

Document support activities, resolutions, and maintain accurate service records

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues and ensure client satisfaction

Deliver training and guidance to clients on Microsoft products and related technologies as needed

Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend solutions to improve client IT infrastructure

Required

A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience is required

Strong background in IT support

Excellent communication skills
