Responsibilities

Serve as the legal lead for risk teams to address new and emerging regulatory risks, especially in highly regulated areas
Lead the review, drafting, and approval of procurement services agreements, especially in the technology category, including SaaS, payment processor, and strategic partnership agreements
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, procurement, marketing, engineering, business units) to support revenue transactions and address legal and policy issues

Required

J.D. from an accredited law school and bar membership
10+ years of relevant experience (e.g., software licensing, cloud services, complex negotiations)
Strong knowledge of privacy and data security compliance
Skilled in drafting and negotiating software license agreements
Ability to communicate complex legal issues clearly to different collaborators
Strategic problem solver with strong business instincts and a collaborative approach

Preferred

Payments and regulatory experience are a plus but not required
