Responsibilities
Perform due diligence inspections and assess property conditions / specific repairs needed
Run detailed reports and take pictures of properties
Assist construction and settlement teams with tasks that need to be completed in the field
Ensure punch-out items are complete and take detailed photos of the construction process
Inspect homes on a daily basis to ensure progress is being made
Install/remove lockboxes and other marketing material
Deliver any necessary equipment to houses
Qualification
Required
You have a Bachelor's Degree or higher
You have great communication skills and computer skills
Preferred
Prefer a Licensed Home Inspector in MD, DC or VA, but not a firm requirement
