Responsibilities
Perform routine lubrication tasks on construction and industrial equipment, including but not limited to greasing, oil changes, and fluid level checks
Inspect and assess equipment for signs of wear, leaks, or other maintenance needs
Maintain accurate records of lubrication activities, including quantities used and equipment serviced
Follow established maintenance schedules and prioritize work based on equipment needs and project requirements
Collaborate with maintenance team members to ensure timely completion of lubrication tasks
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance on heavy equipment, lubrication techniques, and best practices
Must have Class A CDL and Hazmat certification or ability to get them
Familiarity with different types of lubricants, their applications, and appropriate usage
Ability to interpret equipment manuals and specifications to determine lubrication requirements
Basic understanding of construction and industrial equipment and their lubrication points
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Minimum of 2 years of experience in performing lubrication maintenance on construction or industrial equipment
Knowledge of equipment lubrication requirements and industry standards
Familiarity with relevant lubrication tools and equipment
Preferred
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
Relevant certifications or licenses, such as a lubrication technician certification, are preferred
OSHA 10 or 30-hour construction training
