Responsibilities
Serve as the central coordinator, capturing the scope of ongoing work, driving velocity, and ensuring seamless communication across multiple teams
Independently synthesize technical activities, create clear summaries, and provide executive updates to help leadership gain clarity and accelerate progress
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in program or project management supporting technology initiatives
Proven ability to manage large, multi-workstream programs with complex dependencies
Strong understanding of project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with senior technical leaders
Highly organized, adept at managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Office Suite, and Smartsheet
Ability to translate technical activities into clear, concise summaries for executive audiences
Ability to quickly learn and understand complex technical systems
Flexibility to start mid-December for an initial 12-month contract, with potential to convert to full-time
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
Preferred
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Knowledge of enterprise data environments and large-scale infrastructure projects
Familiarity with process improvement frameworks like Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen
Prior experience in financial services or regulated tech environments
Agile certifications can be beneficial
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field preferred
4 to 7+ years supporting technology programs, with a track record of successful delivery
Demonstrated experience in facilitating cross-team collaboration and reporting
