Oversee program operations and ensure compliance with organizational standards
Develop, implement, and monitor program objectives and outcomes
Coordinate between staff, clients, and external partners
Track metrics, prepare reports, and ensure continuous program improvement
Qualification
Required
Experience in program management, preferably in healthcare or mental health
6+ years leading frontline teams in healthcare, social services, or adjacent safety-net settings
2+ years managing managers
Systems builder who builds protocols, workflows, and processes that can scale quality and performance from 40 staff to 500 staff
Data-driven operator who sets goals, inspects results, and operationalizes improvements
Excellent communicator who builds trust with staff, Health Plans, and community partners
Strong HR acumen: coaching, progressive discipline, documentation, and change management across large teams
Preferred
Bachelor's or master's degree in nursing, Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, or a related field
5+ years of progressive leadership experience in care management, behavioral health, or a managed care setting
Prior experience managing or developing an Enhanced Care Management (ECM) program preferred
