Responsibilities
Define and manage a user vision and develop an actionable product roadmap in partnership with your design and engineering team
Prioritize opportunities that drive the most strategic value; working with your engineering team to scope efforts, set and track goals, and triage incoming priorities
Define the engagement strategy and work with partners across multiple teams and functional areas. Conduct customer research and solicit community feedback
Define how we measure success. Own defining and reporting on critical metrics, recommendations that use data to optimize them, and execution of those optimizations
Qualification
Required
7+ years of product management experience with a focus on digital product development
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Ability to collect, analyze, and leverage data insights to inform product decisions and improve overall business performance
Experience with end-to-end product delivery and continuous improvement
Strong oral and written communication skills
Preferred
Experience with tabletop RPGs including Dungeons & Dragons
Software development or similar experience
