Brokerage Inside Sales Representative
Haulistic is a logistics company seeking engaging, self-motivated Inside Sales Representatives to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced 3PL brokerage environment. The role focuses on sales, where individuals will engage in prospecting, building customer pipelines, and managing client relationships with operational support from the team.

Responsibilities
Prospecting and meeting daily requirement of 80+ cold calls per day
Building and managing a customer pipeline
Communicating effectively with clients via phone calls and email
Managing one's time appropriately between an existing account base and business development
Conducting follow-up calls to assigned accounts
Problem solving customer concerns and providing creative solutions
Developing new and growing existing partnerships with clients and vendors through cold calling generated by external lead sources
Working collaboratively with internal customers and other team members to maximize customer experience
Qualification
Required
2-5 years of Logistics Sales Experience
Must possess excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to make 80+ cold calls per day to develop customer pipeline
Negotiation and innovative problem solving skills
Strong customer service skills
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
