Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with national account buyers through consistent communication, planning, and onsite visits
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Weaver Brands’ national presence
Develop and execute account strategies, promotional programs, and sales initiatives to achieve revenue and margin goals
Partner with internal teams to deliver accurate quotes, proposals, and customer presentations
Monitor account performance, analyze trends, and ensure timely follow-through on sales activities and reporting
Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
Collaborate with purchasing and planning to forecast demand and support inventory needs
Manage efficient travel schedules and represent Weaver Brands at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events

Required

5–7 years of progressive sales or national account management experience within consumer goods or manufacturing/distribution
Proven success managing major retail or distributor accounts, including pricing, promotions, and program negotiations
Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
Excellent analytical, organizational, and presentation abilities
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Customer-focused, highly responsive, and able to manage multiple priorities
Ability to travel approximately 20%; hybrid or remote arrangements may be considered based on location

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
Experience with farm & ranch retailers or pet specialty channels strongly preferred
