TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video, and they are seeking an Operations Project Intern to engage in impactful short-term projects within the TikTok LIVE team. The intern will assist with onboarding processes, manage databases, and support agency growth strategies.

Responsibilities

Assist with onboarding and document verification processes for new potential agency partners

Manage lead tracking and maintain databases throughout the agency development funnel

Coordinate communication with potential new agency leads

Support the execution of TikTok LIVE's agency growth strategy—including recruitment, retention, and creator enablement

Help manage day-to-day operational tasks with agency points of contact to support and iterate on key business initiatives

Support internal teams and agency partners with the execution of in-app and out-of-app campaigns involving agency creators

Required

Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree

Able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period

Demonstrated interest or experience in the creator economy (e.g., content creation, advertising, e-commerce, brand sponsorships, music, gaming, or live streaming)

Strong analytical and communication skills across diverse stakeholders

Proactive learner with a passion for digital platforms and creator ecosystems

Team-oriented, detail-focused, and highly accountable

Preferred

Passion for TikTok, mobile entertainment, and digital culture

Creative problem-solver with a strategic mindset

Familiarity with live streaming platforms and trends
