Responsibilities
Ability to work on a range of lighter to more complex projects volume is expected to be 2-3 lighter lift shoots per week with 3-4 larger projects per month
Facilitation between internal stakeholders and resources from pre-production through post-production
Sample projects include, but are not limited to: Zoom video productions: Working with engineers, teleprompter operators, and internal talent to ensure a complete production
In-Studio productions: Brief and script management (not inclusive of scriptwriting), coordinating schedules with studio teams and internal stakeholders, working with engineers and teleprompter operators, and working with internal or external agency team to facilitate approved post-production deliverables
Qualification
Required
7-10 years experience with Video Production and Project Management support coming from either an agency or in house studio team
Ability to wear multiple hats, high communication and organizational skills, and ability to work within unknowns
Experience working with engineers, creatives, teleprompter operators, and senior level stakeholders
Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need of employer sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa such as a H-1B, TN, or O visa
Physically located in and perform the work for our client in the United States
