Research
Responsibilities
Develop legal research skills while resolving consumer and commercial bankruptcy law research questions in simulated practice scenarios
Provide faculty feedback through a series of exercises
Teach students how to research the statutory foundation of bankruptcy, as well as bankruptcy rules, United States bankruptcy courts, caselaw, forms, and docket searching
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school
Applicants should have superior academic credentials
All candidates must have valid U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and maintain that valid work authorization throughout employment
