Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate daily activities of METs across office and field locations

Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance for all equipment serviced

Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to METs

Manage inventory, requisitions, and purchase orders

Support customer billing accuracy and timeliness

Promote continuous improvement and customer satisfaction

Occasionally adjust work hours to meet customer needs (e.g., early starts or extended service times)

Required

Associate's degree in biomedical equipment technology or related field or equivalent military training

Proficient in reading technical manuals and schematics

Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)

Experience with preventive maintenance, operational verification, and equipment repair

Strong leadership and communication skills

Able to build trust and credibility with internal teams and external customers
