The VP of Go To Market Design is responsible for crafting the narrative and commercial packaging that define how the company presents its value to the market, collaborating with various teams to create compelling offers that drive customer acquisition and renewal.

Responsibilities
Own the complete go to market story and ensure alignment across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Service. Build a unified commercial narrative that the entire organization can repeat with clarity
Create and package service offerings that support renewals, upsells, and new business. Map operator pain points to CTC's capabilities and translate them into compelling value propositions
Develop executive level presentations with strong structure, persuasive storytelling, and visual polish. Raise the standard of all external facing materials
Evaluate the agency, SaaS, and hybrid landscape. Identify differentiation opportunities and incorporate insights into pricing logic, positioning, and messaging
Demonstrate deep comfort with ecommerce economics and operator decision making, including acquisition strategy, CAC, LTV, creative requirements, and P and L structure
Process complex inputs quickly and convert them into clear, persuasive narratives. Distill ambiguity into simple, actionable concepts
Work across teams with confidence and diplomacy. Balance strategic leadership with hands on execution to keep projects aligned and moving forward
Communicate with clarity, precision, and confidence in all formats. Influence stakeholders through strong logic, clean storytelling, and grounded recommendations
Comfort using AI tools to accelerate synthesis, enhance narrative development, and generate early drafts of presentations or offer structures. Able to integrate AI into workflows without sacrificing accuracy or strategic rigor
Experience building simple financial or strategic models that support pricing logic, offer design, or competitive positioning. Able to structure inputs and outputs cleanly to help guide decision making
Ability to interpret performance data, run directional analyses, and apply statistical reasoning to strengthen arguments in presentations. Comfortable identifying meaningful patterns and avoiding false signals
Ability to query data from internal systems or databases to support storytelling in decks. Comfortable pulling metrics, cleaning data, and shaping insights that drive a stronger narrative
Experience running structured working sessions that shape customer insights, refine messaging, or build consensus on offer design
Demonstrated ability to guide senior stakeholders toward a clear point of view. Uses strong logic and communication to create alignment in high stakes environments
Qualification
