Qualification
Required
Basic understanding of Courtroom advocacy in dependency related matters
Member in good standing with the Florida Bar
Ability to represent clients in various types of court hearings, including non-jury trials, TPRs, motion practice
Motivation and ability to cover cases on multiple dockets
Experience in client interviews, witness interviews, preparing witnesses for trial, research and writing legal documents and filings
Providing an ongoing assessment of the merits of a case
