Customer Care Specialist

Responsibilities
Assist multiple Account Managers to prioritize client needs, escalate concerns, and support successful go-lives
Log and document all clients calls into the yCRM system for resolution tracking and historical data
Learn appropriate software and hardware used by clients and Yardi
Test fixes to ensure complete problem resolution has been achieved
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma
1-3 years prior experience providing technical support
Prior knowledge/experience with medical software highly desirable
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport
Proficiency with MS Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
