Responsibilities
Contribute to the Professional Services team by providing excellent customer service/support and execute on project implementations
Review, analyze, and evaluate customer business requirements and solution objectives, being attentive to potential scope creep
Participates in ongoing implementation team decisions/projects and writes detailed steps required to develop or modify applications
Lead implementation specific activities and conduct meetings with new and existing customers
Input issues and case data into customer facing and internal issue tracking applications
Communicate with internal Product Development team members for technical support needs
Proactively identify and resolve process inefficiencies in collaboration with the Implementation Manager and team
Participates in ongoing departmental continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
B.A. or higher in a related field
Experience in an agile software development environment using JIRA and documenting user stories
Demonstrated JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and SQL skill and experience
Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
Must be willing to accept responsibility and show good judgement, initiative, and resourcefulness
Excellent problem solving, research and analysis, technical, and leadership skills
Some travel may be required
Minimum 2 years of CPQ implementation experience
Preferred
Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new software
Must be highly organized and work well under pressure
Ability to effectively and efficiently deal with multiple projects, conflicting timelines, and changing priorities
2-5 years of manufacturing industry experience
Knowledge of technology, to include IT networking, internet technologies and web applications
