Responsibilities

Mentor a cohort of IT technicians, providing technical guidance and support
Plan and execute the implementation and maintenance of hardware and software systems
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to improve efficiency and IT infrastructure
Collaborate with IT management to develop and implement IT policies and procedures
Ensure effective procurement and integration of IT solutions
Maintain communication among Mission: Ignite staff, site supervisor, and Tech360 Program clients

Required

Deep understanding of IT systems
Strong leadership skills
Ability to assist with technical projects
