Responsibilities
Subject matter expert in Kofax Total Agility Software
Perform the architectural design, development, customization and integration efforts of enterprise solutions and upgrades
Subject matter expert on service level offerings such as capture and capture workflow best practices
Perform detailed business requirements gathering, technical architecture and design of custom solutions and applications
Continued training in new, related capabilities and areas, including development
Ensuring successful project delivery and customer satisfaction
Assist with estimates for Sales
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience solution design, install, implementation, testing & supporting Kofax
Experience troubleshooting Kofax application and technical issues and providing recommendations and solutions
Experience leading & communicating with different users at all levels
Proactive and solutions driven
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Experience building and deploying solutions in HA production environments
Kofax Capture, KTM or KTA
