Responsibilities

Handle an average of 30–40 inbound and outbound calls daily, providing prompt, professional, and friendly assistance
Address customer inquiries regarding product details, device usage, troubleshooting, and basic skincare recommendations
Support customers with order inquiries, returns, and after-sales questions
Maintain a helpful, empathetic, and brand-aligned communication style in every interaction
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products, technology, and benefits
Communicate effectively about skincare concepts and device functionality using accurate terminology
Represent the company brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and confidence
Log customer interactions accurately
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate technical or complex concerns promptly
Track recurring issues and share insights to help improve customer experience and support documentation
Participate in ongoing product and customer service training
Provide feedback on customer trends and potential service enhancements
Stay updated with new product launches, skincare trends, and wellness innovations relevant to the brand

Required

Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the beauty, skincare, or wellness industry
Background in Aesthetics, Beauty Therapy, or Wellness is highly preferred
Clear, friendly, and professional phone manner with strong verbal and written English skills
Familiarity with skincare products, beauty devices, and common industry terminologies
Comfortable using systems, call software, and Google Workspace tools
Empathetic, patient, and solutions-driven; capable of managing multiple calls and inquiries efficiently
