Responsibilities
Design, build, test and optimise the core algorithms for our face analytics platform
Translate cutting-edge computer vision research into high-performance, production-ready code
Qualification
Required
5+ years in commercial software, with 3+ years specialising in Machine Learning or Computer Vision
Deep knowledge of CV algorithms (e.g., detection, segmentation, pose estimation), ideally applied to face analytics
Strong grasp of ML and deep learning principles. You know why models work, not just how to use them
Expertise in both Python and modern C++
Skilled with OpenCV, Docker, CMake and CI/CD
A strong believer in software rigour, including TDD. Use of tests to optimise algorithms and process
A genuine enthusiasm for AI and building high-performance CV systems
