Responsibilities
Provide customers with courteous and efficient service
Greet customers and explain wash packages, membership options, and promotions
Handle payments and resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and care
Promote loyalty programs and upsell services to enhance customer experience
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming customer area
Support team members and assist with site operations as needed
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Qualification
Required

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset
Capacity to stand for extended periods and lift inventory weighing up to 40 pounds
