Responsibilities
Provide professional and timely support to our global client base
Provide basic and technical support regarding all trading platforms that the company offers its clients
Deal directly with clients either by telephone, electronically or face to face
Respond promptly to client inquiries
Handle and resolve client complaints
Provide pricing and delivery information
Perform client verifications
Support clients with questions regarding account opening
Support clients with questions about account funding and withdrawals
Organize workflow to meet client timeframes
Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
Keep records of client interactions and transactions
Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
Record details of actions taken
Maintain client databases
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments, specifically the sales, operation, legal and compliance teams
Responsible to communicate clients KYC documents for final approvals to the outsource compliance officers
Responsible for recording the clients KYC documents
Follow up on client interactions
Qualification
Required
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Solid understanding of professional business etiquette and client-facing behavior
Competency across Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong knowledge of the company's products and services, with the ability to explain them clearly and confidently
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
