Helping customers across phone, email, live chat, and social media
Resolving queries with speed, care, and consistency
Supporting back-office operations (order updates, supplier coordination, admin)
Collaborating with team members via Slack and shared platforms
Contributing to quality, compliance, and performance goals
Qualification
Required
Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
A clear communicator with a calm, customer-first mindset
Tech-confident and ready to learn
Own PC/Laptop (Minimum of Core i3 Latest Gen and 8GB RAM)
Stable Internet and back up connection
Based in the Philippines
Preferred
Previous experience in customer service or contact centres
Zendesk experience
