Responsibilities

Owns end-to-end delivery of complex features or critical workflows

Leads debugging of difficult production issues with calm and focus

Coaches and unblocks others; mentors other engineers

Champions engineering excellence (reliability, testing, maintainability)

Able to drive projects from ideation to completion touching all stacks if needed, having an impact on the business and on our clients

Scopes complex projects into phases and deliverables managing ambiguity, risks and tradeoffs effectively

Defines and executes technical approaches balancing simplicity, reliability, and maintainability

Influences technical direction within the team: how we structure code, how we test, how we operate

Identify patterns and concepts that can be reused, promoting platforms within our codebase
