Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to close, developing a strong pipeline of new business opportunities across Canada and the U.S
Represent VersaFile’s portfolio of AI-powered Content and Automation Solutions, with an emphasis on Box, SharePoint, and Blob Storage
Position VersaFile as a trusted advisor in modern content management — helping clients transition to intelligent, AI-enabled content ecosystems
Lead consultative sales engagements with senior decision-makers, identifying business challenges and designing value-driven solutions
Collaborate with internal technical experts to design and propose tailored solutions that align with client goals
Build strategic partnerships with vendors and technology partners to expand business reach
Maintain detailed records of pipeline, activities, and client communications using CRM systems
Travel occasionally within North America (up to 25%)

Required

5+ years of experience in B2B software sales in Content Management or Automation
Proven experience selling or partnering with Box (required)
Strong familiarity with SharePoint and Blob Storage solutions
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas through consultative, solution-based selling
Exceptional communication and presentation skills — able to articulate complex technical value propositions in business terms
Entrepreneurial mindset: self-starter who thrives in dynamic, growing organizations

Preferred

Familiarity with Filenet, OpenText, or Laserfiche
Experience selling AI or automation technologies (e.g., Intelligent Document Processing, Process Automation, or Low-Code Platforms)
Industry experience in Financial Services, Insurance, Energy, or Retail
