Non-QM Account Executive
Equity Prime Mortgage is a leading mortgage lender in the U.S., and they are seeking Account Executives to develop lending relationships and expand existing accounts. The role involves managing accounts, conducting sales calls, and providing training and support to third-party originators.

Responsibilities
Identify and onboard qualified third-party originator/broker accounts
Conduct sales calls with prospective and current accounts to assess strategic fit and opportunities
Provide training to accounts on systems, policies, procedures, products, and updates
Offer support and service to accounts and their staff
Act as a liaison between accounts and the Equity operations teams
Collaborate with management and internal teams to maintain professional partnerships with accounts
Actively manage accounts pipeline and provide loan projections to management
Prioritize and allocate time and resources effectively to meet goals
Additional responsibilities related to business needs
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required; college degree preferred
Recent experience as a Wholesale Account Executive required
Minimum of 5 years of industry experience required
Completion of Anti-Money Laundering, Fair Lending, and Equity Origination training required
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
Self-starter: highly motivated, dependable, and self-reliant
Strong time management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong problem-solving abilities and resilience in overcoming sales obstacles
Working knowledge of the wholesale lending process, loan programs, guidelines, and regulations
Familiarity with local and regional markets and lender competition
