Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and nurture inbound and outbound leads
Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer pain points and align solutions
Present tailored demonstrations and proposals to decision-makers
Manage the sales cycle
Partner with Customer Success to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Support group and corporate partnership initiatives to drive market expansion
Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and webinars
Build relationships with industry partners, associations, and influencers
Gather market insights and feedback to inform product and growth strategies
Track performance metrics (conversion, churn, upsell, PUM growth, etc.)
Maintain accurate data within CRM and reporting systems
Use insights to continuously improve approach and identify growth levers
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of experience in SaaS, PropTech, or real estate technology sales, growth, or customer success roles
Strong commercial acumen with a passion for solving customer challenges
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable using data and CRM tools (Salesforce) to drive performance
A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, customer-centric environments
A team player who collaborates cross-functionally to deliver results
