Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department
Open and maintain work orders, ensuring accuracy of documentation
Communicate repair status and timelines to customers
Coordinate with technicians to ensure work is completed efficiently and correctly
Review completed work for quality and accuracy before finalizing
Provide excellent customer service, addressing questions and concerns professionally
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
Preferred
Previous experience in a service writer, advisor, or customer service role preferred, but not required
Basic technical or mechanical knowledge is a plus
