Responsibilities

Lead and manage the web design team through effective task assignment, prioritization, deadline tracking, and quality assurance
Design and develop key web interfaces while establishing comprehensive design systems, guidelines, and visual concepts
Establish efficient workflows and coordinate with development, product, and marketing teams
Foster a healthy, productive team environment and resolve conflicts effectively
Oversee visual quality across all company web products
Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members

Required

Impressive portfolio featuring completed web projects (landing pages, websites, web interfaces)
Previous experience as a team lead or lead designer

Strong mentoring abilities with a talent for developing team members
Excellence in communicating ideas and presenting design solutions to diverse audiences
Flexibility in adapting to changing requirements while maintaining efficient problem-solving
Strong communication skills with the ability to give and receive feedback constructively
