Deliver fun, dynamic classes that boost brainpower, physical skills, and character for kids walking to 11 years old
Understand the magic behind KidStrong's programs and communicate it with flair
Achieve Coach Certification and keep leveling up your skills like you're in a video game with our stellar training programs
Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class -- you're the reason they love KidStrong!
Ensure classes run smoothly and on time, every time. No tardy bells here!
Keep families engaged and excited about KidStrong. Think of yourself as the social glue that keeps everyone together
Coach class, camps, movie nights, and anything else your center leaders might ask for
Assist in community events and center initiatives. Party planner meets motivational speaker
Participate in the upkeep and maintenance of our awesome center. Cleanliness is next to awesomeness
Qualification
Required
Energetic, enthusiastic, athletic and passionate about helping kids grow
Experience delivering fun, dynamic classes that boost brainpower, physical skills, and character for kids walking to 11 years old
Understanding of KidStrong's programs and ability to communicate it effectively
Achieve Coach Certification and continue skill development
Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class
Ensure classes run smoothly and on time
Keep families engaged and excited about KidStrong
Assist in community events and center initiatives
Participate in the upkeep and maintenance of the center
Athletic background, having been part of an athletic team or coached for over 3 years
Experience with kids aged walking - 11 years old
Passion for working with children
Excellent communication skills to speak to parents and guardians
High energy and engaging presence in classes
Ability to mentor other coaches with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
CPR Certified or willingness to get certified
