Customer Service Rep.-Call Center
Ecco Group USA is currently looking to bring on a customer service rep for their Champion Home program. The role involves answering inbound calls to assist potential home buyers and some outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries while providing exceptional customer service.

Answering inbound calls to assist potential home buyers
Some outbound calling to follow-up on the status of a customers inquiry
Utilizing multiple screens while talking to customers
Must be VERY dependable
Qualification
Required
Must be conversational as this role is not 'scripted'
Must have the ability to easily navigate between multiple screens while providing exceptional customer service
Agents will need to have good grammar and professional communication skills
Good listening skills
Must be able to work onsite in our Sanford FL office (this is not a remote position)
