In this role, you will design technical sportswear, create detailed specs and tech packs, lead fittings, and collaborate with production managers to ensure quality and fit.

Responsibilities
Create detailed specs, tech packs, and costing for men’s and boys’ sportswear (sizes 2T–20)
Maintain block spec libraries and graded measurements
Lead fittings from prototype through pre-production, ensuring perfect fit and construction
Communicate with overseas partners to keep projects on track
Collaborate with production managers to resolve fit and pattern issues quickly
Qualification
Required
3+ years in technical design for men's and boys' sportswear
Expertise in spec writing, grading, construction, and sewing techniques
Strong Excel and MS Office skills; Mac proficiency
Knowledge of children's safety standards
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
