The Organic Growth Strategist will own the technical and strategic direction for clients, focusing on driving measurable revenue outcomes through SEO, content, and conversion strategies.

Responsibilities

Lead full-site technical audits using Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, Ahrefs, GSC, and similar tools
Diagnose and prioritize issues across crawling, indexing, internal linking, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and site architecture
Collaborate with developers to brief and validate technical fixes
Conduct keyword and intent analysis to identify high-value growth opportunities
Build growth frameworks that align content, UX, and technical SEO into a unified strategy
Create and evolve organic growth roadmaps that drive SQLs, demos, and MRR — not just rankings
Analyze performance trends and identify the fastest routes to impact using data-led decision-making
Partner with Content and Off-Page teams to execute strategies that generate measurable revenue lift
Continuously experiment with emerging trends — from AI Search to SERP feature optimization
Work hand-in-hand with Account Managers who handle day-to-day client comms, reports, and scope alignment
Equip them with insights, data, and strategic direction to communicate clearly with clients
Join client calls to discuss growth direction and demonstrate subject-matter expertise
Focus your time on strategy, audits, and growth execution, not admin or account management
Support the Sales team with audits or recommendations during prospect evaluations
Contribute to internal frameworks, case studies, and processes that enhance Skale’s organic growth methodology
Stay ahead of algorithm updates and technical SEO advancements to keep our clients leading the curve

Qualification

Required

3+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a strong technical focus
Expert in tools like Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, GA4, and Looker Studio
Deep understanding of crawling, indexing, site architecture, internal linking, and page speed optimization
Experience running and implementing technical SEO audits and collaborating with dev teams to deploy changes
Comfortable turning data into actionable business strategies that grow MRR and SQLs
Strong understanding of SaaS business models and growth metrics
Able to identify which improvements truly move revenue metrics, not just rankings
Enjoy working alongside Account Managers, Content, and PR teams to deliver complete growth systems
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client strategies at once
Proactive and constantly seeking better, faster ways to drive organic growth
