Responsibilities

Creating engaging video ads from scratch, including developing the storytelling and writing on screen text in English
Analyzing performance data and consulting spreadsheets to understand what's working and how to improve future videos
Producing 2- 3 videos per day, each up to 45 seconds, to meet our daily targets
Contributing creative insights and staying up to date on market trends

Required

Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro
Knowledge and Mastery of UGC Video Editing tools like CapCut/ Tiktok
The ability to create compelling ads without a pre-written script
A strong background in advertising, or performance marketing
High level of organization and attention to detail
Fluency in English
Comfortable with data analysis in Google Sheets
Creative and proactive mindset

Preferred

Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects
Motion Graphics Knowledge
Understanding of Key Metrics and analytics
