Bilingual Customer Service Agents
Ecco Group USA is seeking Bilingual Customer Service Agents to provide critical roadside support to drivers in need. The role involves handling inbound calls, providing assistance, and delivering exceptional customer service in both English and a second language.

Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from customers experiencing vehicle issues (breakdowns, flat tires, battery problems, etc.)
Provide clear, calm, and professional assistance to coordinate roadside services
Accurately input and update customer information in our system
Offer reassurance and effective solutions under pressure
Deliver exceptional customer service in both English and your second language
Qualification
Required
Bilingual in English & Spanish OR English & French (spoken and written)
Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to work onsite at our Sanford, FL. facility
Preferred
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
