Brand and Marketplace Operations Manager
KLIM Technologies is a fast-growing company specializing in launching consumer products at scale. They are seeking a Brand & Marketplace Operations Manager to drive sales performance, manage product launches, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure success.

Responsibilities
Decide on the price and marketing strategy at a product level keeping customer interests in mind
Frequently assess product performance and market response
Work closely with production and logistics teams to ensure inventory levels align with sales targets, preventing stockouts or overstock situations
Own or support product launches, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure success
Clearly communicate strategic decisions and updates to the team, offering guidance and direction
If you’re in a senior role, you’ll also manage junior operations team members, helping them grow and scale alongside the company
You may also work with a Virtual Assistant to support a larger product portfolio efficiently
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical thinking and decision-making based on data
Good with numbers and spreadsheets (VLOOKUP and SUMIFS familiarity preferred)
Understanding of basic business and operational principles (e.g. Gross Profit, ROI, COGS, Days of Inventory)
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Curious, creative, and eager to learn
Able to prioritize and take initiative in a fast-moving environment
Preferred
Experience with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central
Knowledge of Pay-per-Click (PPC) advertising
Experience in launching and managing e-commerce products
3-5 years of experience in operations, e-commerce, strategic product management or supply chain management
Comfortable leading launches and owning product performance
Proven ability to drive results through strategy and cross-functional collaboration
