DysrupIT is seeking a skilled Dynamics CRM Developer with hands-on experience in building and extending Microsoft Copilot capabilities within the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and integrating solutions that enhance automation, customer experience, and business productivity.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM
Build and extend Copilot experiences in Dynamics 365 to enable conversational AI, contextual assistance, and task automation
Utilize Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Virtual Agents, Power BI) to create seamless end-to-end business solutions
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable CRM solutions
Develop and maintain custom connectors, data integrations (using Dataverse, Azure Logic Apps, or APIs), and PowerFx expressions
Ensure solutions follow Microsoft’s best practices for security, performance, and maintainability
Perform system testing, debugging, and deployment of custom solutions
Document technical designs, configurations, and deployment procedures

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
4+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) development
Proven experience developing and customizing solutions using Dynamics 365 SDK, JavaScript, C#, Power Automate, and Dataverse
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, or integrating Azure OpenAI Services into Dynamics 365 environments
Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents)
Familiarity with Azure services such as Logic Apps, Functions, and API Management
Strong understanding of CRM data model, business rules, forms, and security roles
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills

Preferred

Microsoft certifications such as PL-400 (Power Platform Developer) or MB-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect) are a plus
