Partner Account Manager
Remix by thredUP is a leading online secondhand marketplace in the EU, focused on making secondhand fashion the first choice. The Partner Account Manager will be responsible for expanding and managing the partner network, building strong relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure mutual success.

Responsibilities
Identify, recruit, and onboard new consignment partners and affiliates in alignment with the company’s growth strategy
Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective partners
Lead partner presentations, negotiations, and business reviews, ensuring clear communication and alignment
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across marketing, IT, and operations to develop and execute partnership strategies
Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities for optimization and growth
Act as the primary point of contact for all partner-related inquiries, communications, and escalations
Track KPIs and provide regular reporting and insights to leadership
Qualification
Required
3 years of experience in account management, sales, business development, or a related role - preferably in e-commerce, retail, or fashion
Proven success in managing and expanding B2B partnerships
Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
Confident presenter with experience delivering pitches and reports to both internal and external stakeholders
Fluent in Romanian and English (other languages considered as an advantage)
Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Preferred
Experience in the second-hand or fashion industry
Familiarity with CRM tools and partnership tracking platforms
