Game Design - Level Designer (m/f/d)
MegaZebra is a company that has been crafting category-leading games for over 10 years. They are seeking a Level Designer to create and implement exciting levels for a new mobile game that blends arcade gameplay with RPG elements, while optimizing player experience through data analysis.

Responsibilities
Level design for a new game at the intersection of the arcade- and RPG genres
Create and implement exciting levels, which keep bringing new challenges to players
Balance levels based on data from analytics in order to optimize KPIs such as win-rates, retention, and monetization
Prepare and execute special and seasonal events
Work closely with game designers and economy designers
Qualification
Required
2-3 years experience in level design for mobile games
Strong interest and passion for arcade type games
Creative- and out-of-the-box thinker
Strong player empathy
Ability to analyze data in order to optimize levels
Familiarity with Unity is a plus
Strong desire to deliver results and ship top quality titles
Self-organized and self-motivated way of working
Strong team-player mentality
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
