Senior Product Manager (f/m/x)

The Senior Product Manager will own the product lifecycle from strategy to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions while ensuring alignment with company goals.

Responsibilities
Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with company goals
Use insights into industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to guide product direction
Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation and strategy to launch and post-launch optimization
Prioritize features and initiatives to deliver customer value and business impact
Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver successful products
Mentor and support stakeholders across functions to drive product alignment
Deeply understand customer needs and translate them into product features and solutions
Partner with design teams to apply user-centered design principles and deliver excellent user experiences
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met
Work in Agile/Scrum environments to prioritize and deliver features efficiently
Troubleshoot, resolve issues, and adapt quickly to changes in product development
Clearly articulate product strategies, roadmaps, and updates to executives, technical teams, and customers
Present ideas and progress confidently to senior leadership and larger groups
Ensure product decisions support overall business strategy, revenue goals, profitability, and customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of experience in product management
Proven success managing the end-to-end product lifecycle
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to build close working relationships
Ability to bridge product strategy with marketing execution
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
Strategic mindset with a focus on customer experience and business impact
Willingness to travel – around once a month to our office in Gliwice to work with the engineering team in person
Preferred
Ideally, deep B2B knowledge and SAP experience
Nice to have: agentic experience and familiarity with modern AI-driven applications
