Responsibilities

Craft and publish daily content across X, Instagram, and Telegram
Write sharp, witty captions and schedule posts that hit the right moment
Jump on memes, news, and viral trends fast, keep Duelbits in the mix
Engage directly with fans and followers in a bold, authentic voice
Support drops, offers, and campaigns across our social channels
Keep Discord and Telegram buzzing, active, friendly, and on-brand
Host events like Q&As, polls, and prediction challenges that spark engagement
Moderate chats, support members, and surface great community moments
Highlight standout user content and turn it into Duelbits stories
Bring ideas for memes, UGC campaigns, and content experiments
Work with designers and editors to turn creative concepts into live posts
Keep content calendars and folders organized and running smoothly
Track influencer collabs, mentions, and campaign participation
Track what’s hitting, engagement, growth, and community buzz
Share quick takeaways on what’s trending and what’s next
Turn performance into ideas that keep Duelbits ahead of the curve

Qualification

Required

1–2 years of experience in social media, community, or digital content creation
Passion for sports, gaming, crypto, and online culture
You speak memes and know how to communicate in an internet tone

Organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling fast-moving projects
Familiar with analytics and scheduling tools (e.g., Notion, Hootsuite, Later)
